Therapeutic Approach

I primarily utilize a cognitive behavioral approach in sessions.  Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is a form of psychotherapy that emphasizes the important role of thinking in how we feel and what we do.  This is an active and collaborative form of therapy.  You can expect to leave each session with both a deeper insight into your emotional struggles and new tools for managing your symptoms.
